We’re still only a young website. We’re using wordpress to get our name out there and show you what we can do. We’re a little over 11 months old (1 year old on 16th January 2013) and we’ve moved up from 9.4 million in the website rankings to a little over 1 million. We’re also the 33,000th most popular site in the UK which is a great achievement as we weren’t even registering for a while in the early days. We think that’s pretty good for something we do in our spare time.
As we become more popular, we’ll look to getting a dedicated website. If we go to a dedicated server, we’ll be celebrating with some giveaways. So now’s your chance to join us here at cameraconnect. Like us on our Facebook page, follow us on Twitter or sign up to our blog are all ways of staying in touch with us. We’re less interested in the social media though, we like to have more direct contact with you. So when we become self sufficient, we’ll be giving away some stuff we have here at the office. To be in with a chance of winning something, we’d like you to sign up to our directory. It’s free of charge and always will be. We want it to be a place where people can find a photographer, make-up artist, photoshop expert, studio assistant, studio etc. Go to the Directory page on the site and follow the instructions. We can resize the picture if you need us to. If you don’t see a section for your profession, let us know and we’ll create one (we don’t like to see blank pages on the site, it looks untidy).
